While many of our staff return from year to year, as we grow in size occasionally jobs do open up. If you are energetic, smart, fun, outgoing and a natural leader and mentor, we’d love to hear from you! Our staff come from all over the country, but they all typically have the traits listed above as well as, depending on the role, teaching experience, summer teaching experience, experience working with students of this age, work as a counselor at a camp or an RA or dorm mentor at a College / University, and that sort of thing. You’ll of course need to pass a strict formal background check and be awesome during your face-to-face personal interview.
